“Kariera - Forum” agency has been providing management recruitment services in Russia’s Far East since 1997.

The organization examines specialists of different levels in the areas of transportation, information technology, finance, jurisprudence, construction, telecommunications, etc.

In addition to offering recruitment services, we conduct business-training sessions, seminars, and inter-university Career Days. The agency is a member of a professional union, Russia's Association of Consultants for Staffing, since 1998.

Our clients include a number of foreign companies' branches (Coca-Cola, Mars, BAT, etc.), leading Russian businesses (MTS, Yukos), and relatively small regional organizations.

The standards of our clients require constant striving towards perfection. We are very much interested in developing new services along the lines of our primary occupation.

One addition that we visualize is the creation of personnel assessment centers to evaluate employees. Such a service is in high demand, but, in Russia, only SHL provides it according to international standards. The prices are excessive for regional businesses.

Also, we would like to get acquainted with the technology of relooking. While the technology is highly developed in the US, in Russia there are practically no specialists that could apply it. Our dream is to create a relooking-studio structure in the agency.

Furthermore, we are interested in contacts with training companies that have internationally-adopted programs. (We already plan to cooperate with LMI next year.)       

The company's director, Galina Popova is very grateful to the Center of Civil Initiatives that allowed her to attend training sessions in the US (Dallas) in 2000. “It really helped to raise our business to a new level.
